A sanding belt is a continuous loop of abrasive material used in belt sanders. It's designed to efficiently remove material from various surfaces, making it a versatile tool for woodworking, metalworking, and other applications.

We recommend that you make sure of the exact size required for the belt sander as per its specifications. The belt may slip if it is too long or break if it is too short. A belt that is too short will cause extreme load on the bearings/bushings, shortening the machine's lifespan

How it works

A belt sander has two drums that rotate in opposite directions. The sanding belt is wrapped around these drums, creating a continuous abrasive surface. As the belt moves, it removes material from the workpiece
