Situation: MTN Group defines KPI’s to be met across all the 23 countries in which MTN operates. Getting accurate and reliable data from all countries was a challenge as well as generating insightful reporting.
Impact: It was impossible to determine whether the strategic initiatives set out by MTN Group are being implemented as well as tracking the ROI of the Initiatives.
